Sharon Osbourne doesn’t keep her experiences with plastic surgery a secret. She’s been vocal about what she’s done to her face and body through the years, but some fans still haven’t gotten used to it.

In her 2013 autobiography, “Unbreakable,” Sharon was the first to admit that she had undergone many plastic surgeries. At the time, she said she was done with surgeries, but she retracted her statement in 2019.

“There’s not much I haven’t had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced, or removed altogether,” she wrote in her book. She also revealed on “Dr. Phil” the amount of surgery she’s done through the years.

Years later, she revealed in “The Talk” that her next surgery was already booked. In September 2019, she divulged that she had her neck and jowls done. According to Sharon, the result was a “refreshed” look.

When asked why she constantly underwent surgery, she said it wasn’t so she could look like a particular person. She admitted:

“I didn’t want to look like my mom, because I look my mom, and I don’t want to look like my mom.”

Sharon once revealed she had gone through extensive surgeries to look her best. She’s had a facelift, cheek implants, a tummy tuck, a bum lift and implant, liposuction, neck surgery, breast surgery, and arm and leg corrections.

This year, Sharon once again vowed she was through with plastic surgeries. She believes she went too far with her last facelift in 2021, admitting it made her look like Cyclops. It was that facelift that scared her and made her vow to stop finally stop getting surgeries and enhancements.

Fans agree with Sharon’s decision. They, too, feel she went too far, and they continue to slam her for it.

Fans Likened Sharon’s Lips to a Fish

Sharon’s Instagram comments are filled with fans’ opinions regarding her enhancements. Regardless of what photo she posts, they have plenty of things to say.

Ozzy even offered to have the botched job corrected, no matter how much it costs, just so his wife could feel better.

On one post captioned “My Secret Weapons,” a fan likened Sharon’s lips to a fish, saying she “looks fake and fishy looking.” Another commenter said the photos look “absolutely ridiculous.”

Apart from her facial features, other fans also paid attention to Sharon’s apparent weight loss. In a post where she said she was in “The Happiest of Places,” fans commented she looked “unrecognizable” and “doesn’t look well” because she was “too thin.”

Ozzy’s Unwavering Support Through It All

With her facelift gone wrong, fans don’t need to worry about Sharon looking different than usual. She’s slowly trying to embrace her appearance as it is and admitted to being “happier” with how she looks.

Ozzy supported her despite the devastation she felt after her last traumatizing facelift. He even offered to have the botched job corrected, no matter how much it cost, just so his wife could feel better.

After news of Sharon’s abstinence from plastic surgery, she shared updates on her husband Ozzy’s health struggles. The TV host prioritizes her husband over anything, so when she needed to cancel work obligations to care for him, that’s exactly what she did.

Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and has had several health struggles. In February 2023, he canceled his tour, marking his likely retirement from the music industry.

In the same way that Sharon has had Ozzy’s back through the years, he’s also had hers. When she caught fire for her alleged racist remarks against “The Talk” co-host Sheryl Underwood, Ozzy stood by her.

She left “The Talk” after 11 years in 2021 after being accused of racism towards her co-host. CBS revealed Osbourne decided to leave the show, stating her behavior “did not align with our values for a respectful workplace.”

Amidst the heat, Ozzy posted a photo of him and his wife. His caption rallied their fans and said all he needed to say: “I can’t [expletive] hear you! #TeamSharon.”

Ozzy has been fiercely protective of his wife for decades. When Sharon was slammed for her plastic surgery choices in 2005, he made sure to silence her haters.

“Whether my wife is the size of this house or as skinny as Twiggy’s left leg, it’s the person I love, not the look,” he said. He loved her through and through, and it’s shown in how he tries to better himself for the sake of their family.
