Arnold Schwarzenegger took to Instagram and posted about the death of the man he calls his best friend, Franco Columbo.

Franco Columbo was also an actor and bodybuilding mate of Arnold. They have done a lot of famous movies together like The Terminator.

Arnold Schwarzenegger shared a heartfelt note on his social media handles after the death of his best friend as follows:

“From the minute we met in Munich, you were my partner in crime. We pushed each other, we competed with each other, and we laughed at every moment along the way, I am devastated today. But I am also so, so grateful for the 54 years of friendship and joy we shared.”

Franco died in his hometown in Italy because he was not feeling well for a couple of days.

He was a very famous bodybuilder in Italy and won the title of Mr. Olympia twice. That’s why he is the best mate of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
