10 Celebrity Women Give Advice on How to Learn to Love Yourself Properly

From lifting yourself up when times are tough to learning to embrace your imperfections, celebrities have done it many times. But that doesn’t mean they don’t experience vulnerability. After all, they’re only human. They’ve simply managed to overcome those negative thoughts and find self-acceptance.

For decades, Beyoncé Knowles has dazzled the world with her musical talent and prowess. So it’s no wonder that Queen B, a mother of 3, an entrepreneur, and a chart-topping artist, is a firm supporter of nurturing self-worth.

When asked what her advice to people struggling with self-acceptance is, Jameela Jamil’s response was to be a bit selfish, treat yourself, and be less of a “yes person” and start saying “no.”

You can always count on Selena Gomez to keep it real. In a TikTok video, she used audio of someone saying, “Suck it in!” and then mimed the reply from another person, saying, “I’m not sucking s*** in, real stomachs are coming back. Okay?”

9. “Even though it gets hard sometimes, I show my body love.” — Bebe Rexha

Bebe Rexha says she follows her own body and knows she can’t be a skinny pop star in a natural or healthy way. She declares how she chooses to do her best in showing her body love, even if it gets to be a challenge.
