Katy Nichole is a rising star in the entertainment and music space, becoming Centricity Music’s Billboard Chartbreaker and the 2023 Gospel Music Association New Artist of the Year. A gospel singer, Nichole’s music is imbued with her faith and deep love of the Lord.
So, it was appropriate that she kicked off the Fox & Friends All American Christmas Concert Series on the morning of December 1, singing her rendition of the classic “O Holy Night” on the show and winning lots of plaudits for her performance.
Fox & Friends co-host Ainsley Earhardt, for example, called Nichole “…a tp-charting singer putting faith in the spotlight.” Earhardt added that Nichole has an unbelievably good voice, saying, “A beautiful performance from Katy Nichole. How about that voice, she is unbelievable!”
Continuing, Earhardt showed off another example of Nichole’s beautiful, faith-filled music, showing the audience a clip of Nichole’s “In Jesus Name (God of Possible)” bide. Commenting on the video and song, Earhardt called it “one of the best songs out there right now.”
Responding to Earhardt’s effusive praise, Nichole said that Jesus changed her life for the better. She said, “I mean it when I say, Jesus changed my life. I’ve had two back surgeries and the first one didn’t do exactly what it was supposed to do, but the second one was where the miracle happened.”
Explaining from where the miracle came, she said, “I was very depressed after the first, so depressed that I hit a place where I wanted to end my life. Thankfully, I heard the voice of the Lord saying, ‘Hold on, I’m not done yet.’ And I believed that voice. If I hadn’t believed that voice, I would not be standing here right now.”

Nichole is heading into a Christmas tour with fellow artists Tauren Wells and Jordan Smith. The Christmas-themed concert , called Winter Jam ’24, began in Cincinnati on the same night as her “O Holy Night” performance on Fox & Friends, and will be Christian music’s biggest arena tour as it heads across the county.
Nichole’s big hit song of this year is “In Jesus Name (God of Possible).” It became the biggest song for the genre in this decade when it held the number-one spot for 20 weeks on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart.
Nichole also managed to make it to the number one spot with “God Is In This Story” and the Recording Academy-featured “Hold On.” With those three releases, Nichole managed to have three releases in a row reach the number one spot, a massive achievement.
Those songs and more are featured in her current album, “Jesus Changed My Life.” The deluxe version of the album will come out on March 15, 2024. In addition to containing all of the original album’s songs, the special version, Jesus Changed My Life Deluxe, contains seven additional songs, four of which are originals Nichole has not released elsewhere.
