The relationship seems to be quite far from conventional to say the least
A woman in quite a unique relationship is opened to inviting even more people into it and has caused some tension among her two husbands.
You read that right, her two husbands, so right off the bat, you can understand if things prove to be a little difficult
Relationships come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and they can be hard enough to get to work with just two people.
So when it comes to polyamory, or polyandry in this woman’s case, can prove to be even more complex.
Kenya Stevens has featured on the TLC TV show, Seeking Brother Husband, (a very odd name admittedly) and explained how she and her two husbands, Carl Stevens, and Tiger all try and make it work living under one roof.
“I have been married to my hubby number one (Carl Stevens) for 26 years and hubby number two (Tiger) for nine years,” Kenya said.

Kenya is pretty free-spirited and despite having her husbands, she also continues to date and has multiple partners, insisting she simply loves to love and really enjoys dating.
Kenya, who lives with both husbands in North Carolina, spoke about her boyfriends and said: “That’s uncountable. I have many partners, boyfriends and connections. Polyamory is not for everyone because it can be complex in a society where monogamy is a norm.”
In one snippet from the show, the trio explain the sleeping arrangement, stating that Carl has his own bedroom while Tiger and Kenya sleep together.
It is clear that it isn’t all roses between the three as Kenya sits the pair of them down to explain she wants to add a third partner into the mix.
Speaking to Tiger, Kenya said: “Are you ready to go to that transition that me and Carl went through?

“I like being in love, as my relationships transition out of that, like with Carl, it wasn’t that I don’t want to be with Carl anymore because we are out of that phase but rather we are into the next phase.”
Tiger was quick to voice his apprehension to this idea, both in a cutaway to him in an interview alone as well as while speaking to Kenya.
He questioned whether adding another partner would make her happy and admitted that he has grown attached to sleeping in the same room as her over the last few years.
He even admitted that he would always wonder whether he was enough and Carl has also admitted that he has previously felt jealousy for the whole situation before moving past it.
I guess whether it’s monogamy or polygamy, relationships are pretty tough.
