Simon Cowell went ahead and ditched his facial fillers in 2022 after leaving his young son Eric in “hysterics” over his look – but what if he’d never gone ahead with them?
AI has finally revealed what music mogul Simon Cowell would look like if he’d never gotten facial fillers.
The America’s Got Talent star ditched his fillers last year, admitting he had “gone too far” and looked “like something out of a horror film”. Simon’s young son Eric, who he shares with fiancée Lauren Silverman, was left in “hysterics” after seeing his dad’s changing face, which led Simon to get rid of them for good.
He told The Sun: “I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day, and didn’t recognise it as me first of all. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.
“There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other,” he said. “But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water.”
Fillers aren’t Simon’s only foray into the bizarre sector of the beauty world. He told The Mirror back in 2015: “Once in LA, years ago, I met this girl who would wrap me up in cling film and then tin foil, after covering me in oils. It was meant to be detoxing.
“I also had a sheep placenta facial once, which was quite out there.”
It has also been claimed that Simon uses a £25 face mask from South Korean company Hanacure, which promises to provide “instant tightening and brightening”. It also vows to “reverse” a number of skin ageing signs including wrinkles.
The gel and serum is painted onto the skin, and prevents the wearer from eating or drinking for around 30 minutes. One of Simon’s close pals told Mail Online: “He’s a big fan and has been turning his friends and colleagues onto them as well.”
But what if Simon had never gotten fillers in the first place? We’ll never truly know, but thankfully, Midjourney AI was on hand to fill in the gaps, and created an image of just how Simon would look had he never gone ahead with the cosmetic procedure.

The new photos imagine Simon with a slightly plumper face, with lines more visible in his forehead under salt-and-pepper hair. Stronger wrinkles are also in place between his nose and upper lip.
Along with his signature dark eyebrows, the snaps show the X Factor legend with just a hint of stubble, with creases at the top of his nose in between his brows.
Another snap shows him with slightly more gaunt features, eyes slightly drooping at either side and thinner cheeks.
