Kate Middleton\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0rollercoaster recovery continues to take twists and turns, many of which are unverified by official sources and rather born of fanciful theories by a fan base desperate for information.<\/strong><\/p>\n

What we do know is that Kate underwent an abdominal procedure in late January, one serious enough to see her hospitalized for some 13 days at the London Clinic. Following her return to Adelaide Cottage, very few concrete updates have been offered by the Royal Family, paving the way for all manner of rumor to run wild around the internet.<\/p>\n

Hardly helping matters was the fact that no pictures or videos of Kate were released, meaning that the public hadn\u2019t seen the popular princess since Christmas of last year.<\/p>\n

Then, with the clamor having hit an all-time high, an image of Kate and her children finally surfaced to mark Mother\u2019s Day in the UK.<\/p>\n

As if the suspense and speculation wasn\u2019t already rampant enough, said image was pulled by the world\u2019s leading photo agencies over concerns that it had been doctored. Kate herself later admitted to having edited the picture, birthing all manner of new conspiracy theories that the Royal Family\u2019s reputation could certainly have done without.<\/p>\n

That was last week though, and a\u00a0new video that\u2019s made its way to the internet seems<\/a>\u00a0to depict Kate on film for the first time since her surgery. In the clip, Kate and Prince William are reportedly seen walking side-by-side in the car park of a farm shop, with the former smiling and looking healthy.<\/p>\n
