An elementary school teacher in New Jersey landed in hot water when the students\u2019 parents became disturbed by her \u201cinappropriate\u201d outfits and the \u201cbooty pics\u201d taken while in the classroom. Many called for her resignation, but others thought she had every right to show off her ample curves.<\/h3>\n

An elementary school educator was blasted for teaching in tight clothing. Some outraged parents described her as \u201cdesperate\u201d and \u201cattention-seeking.\u201d Roxsana Diaz has amassed over one million followers on her\u00a0@ToyboxDollz<\/a>\u00a0Instagram account, where she shares photos of her figure-hugging ensembles, which are often taken in her classroom.<\/p>\n

According<\/a>\u00a0to the\u00a0New York Post<\/em>, the buxom brunette can be seen flaunting her figure up against a whiteboard in some of the saucy snaps. In other images, her students are visible inside the classroom, but their faces are not identifiable. Many have praised the body-confident educator for her fashion prowess, but some parents on social media say she should not be wearing such outfits around minors.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re in a classroom taking Instagram pictures with your a\u2013 out,\u201d one person ranted in response to an eye-popping \u201cbooty\u201d photo. \u201cShowing pictures in the class with your butt in the air is very inappropriate!\u201d Another critic posted, \u201cThat just looks crazy and makes you desperate for likes.\u201d A third person said: \u201cYou\u2019re sad, taking booty pics during class?\u201d<\/p>\n

According<\/a>\u00a0to\u00a0The Rod Ryan Show<\/em>, the curvy educator who uses the moniker \u201cThe Art Teacher\u201d is 39 years old and teaches preschoolers in Pennsauken, New Jersey. She posted a video on Instagram to address her followers about how some parents are trying to get her fired. \u201cI have seen some men said some crazy, mean stuff, but I teach babies and there are no haters in the classroom thinking of that,\u201d she declared.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m a really, really good teacher,\u201d Roxsana Diaz said. \u201cI had students emailing me during the summer asking me for homework. They love art. I love teaching art. I love working with children to create art.\u201d Some viewers showered praise on the art teacher, applauding her \u201cpassion\u201d for her job and reminding her that \u201chaters are gonna hate.\u201d Meanwhile, she even found a surprising supporter in a famous rapper, Fat Joe, who created a video claiming critics are trying to get the beauty \u201cfired\u201d from her job.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re trying to fire her because she too sexy,\u201d the rapper \u2014 real name Joseph Antonio Cartagena \u2014\u00a0said<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0a YouTube video. \u201cShe too beautiful. She\u2019s too curvaceous. I say let the woman be great,\u201d he continued, \u201cCan you fire somebody for their looks? Can you fire a teacher that\u2019s ugly? How can you fire a teacher because she bad?\u201d<\/p>\n

Diaz\u2019s employers stood behind her, and she was able to keep her job. She spoke out about the haters on social media. \u201cI do not [dress inappropriately]. I wouldn\u2019t have the job for the many years as I\u2019ve had it. I volunteered for seven years at that school before even accepting the teaching position,\u201d she\u00a0said<\/a>. \u201cIt\u2019s so scary to see that social media and the world can really feed you anything they want to feed you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Diaz also posted a 14-minute video defending her clothing choices. \u201cTrying to body shame me because I am curvaceous is still discrimination,\u201d she said. \u201cYou want someone teaching your children that will love and protect them as if they were their own child,\u201d she declared. \u201cBlessed are the few that have educators involved in their children\u2019s life that want to instill knowledge, positivity, love, and wisdom.\u201d<\/p>\n
