Today is well and truly dedicated to Taylor Swift with the release of her new album,\u00a0The Tortured Poets Department<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hugely anticipated album dropped on today (April 19), leading to millions of Swifties downloading and streaming it immediately.<\/p>\n

There has been a bunch of talking points surrounding the singer\u2019s 11th studio album release, including that\u00a0she had apparently been dropping several hints before the album\u2019s release.<\/a><\/p>\n

But a song called \u2018thanK you aIMee\u2019, which features on the album,\u00a0has also left many fans stunned.<\/a><\/p>\n

The track focuses on a seemingly fictional story of a feud that\u00a0Swift<\/a>\u00a0had with a woman called \u2018Aimee\u2019 from her hometown.<\/p>\n

Aimee was somewhat of a bully who later became celebrated \u2013 much to the \u2018Karma\u2019 singer\u2019s dismay.<\/p>\n

Her fans theorised on Genius that the song was in reference to \u2018Kim Kardashian\u2019s attempt to ruin Taylor\u2019s career during the phone scandal backfired on her and boosted Taylor to an even higher level of fame\u2019.<\/p>\n

In the song\u2019s chorus, Swift sings: \u201cAll that time you were throwin\u2019 punches, I was buildin\u2019 somethin.\u201d<\/p>\n

While another line says: \u201cAnd one day, your kid comes home singin.<\/p>\n

\u201cA song that only us two is gonna know is about you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Back to Genius once more, fans further claimed: \u201cThis is likely a reference to North West having posted a\u00a0TikTok<\/a>\u00a0dancing to a Taylor Swift song.\u201d<\/p>\n

And many have also pointed to the capital letters in the\u00a0song<\/a>\u2018s title, which spell out the name \u2018KIM\u2019.<\/p>\n

To say the song has surprised fans is an understatement, with many flocking to\u00a0social media<\/a>\u00a0to express their opinions.<\/p>\n

Following this, many of Swift\u2019s followers have since swarmed Kim\u2019s\u00a0social media<\/a>\u00a0with the exact same message.<\/p>\n

On Kim\u2019s recent Instagram posts, the name of the song has flooded the comments.<\/p>\n

And at the time of writing, these comments are picking at a rapid rate \u2013 to which Kardashian has not yet responded too.<\/p>\n

But she isn\u2019t\u00a0the only one that fans believe she also took aim at in the album.<\/a><\/p>\n
