Matty Healy\u2019s family have spoken out following Taylor Swift\u2019s latest album release.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taylor Swift\u00a0<\/a>certainly seemed to fill in a lot of Blank Spaces when it came to information surrounding her past relationships in her\u00a0latest album release<\/a>\u00a0The Tortured Poets Department.<\/em><\/p>\n

The 34-year-old dropped her latest album yesterday (19 April), surprising fans by making it\u00a0a double album<\/a>\u00a0and it didn\u2019t take long for Swifties to deep dive into the 16 tracks before eagerly flocking online to speculate which songs were about which of her\u00a0former flings<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While some fans were focused on Swift\u2019s\u00a0apparent diss track about Kim Kardashian<\/a>, others spotted that one of Swift\u2019s ex-boyfriends, Joe Alwyn, had\u00a0turned off his Instagram comments<\/a>\u00a0in the wake of the album release.<\/p>\n

And another former beau who eagle-eared fans believe certainly didn\u2019t escape unscathed was\u00a0The 1975\u00a0<\/em>frontman Matty Healy, who many feel was\u00a0referred to in not just one but multiple tracks<\/a>\u00a0from \u2018Guilty as a Sin?\u2019 to \u2018The Black Dog\u2019 as well as \u2018Fresh Out the Slammer\u2019 and \u2018The Tortured Poets Department\u2019 \u2013 whether it be one song \u2018unironically sound[ing] like a 1975 song\u2019 or a mention of Healy\u2019s alleged typewriter.<\/p>\n

One\u00a0X user<\/a>\u00a0said: \u201cObsessed with the fact that swifties were aiming the gun at joe alwyn but right when they pulled the trigger taylor pushed matty healy in front of the bullet.\u201d<\/p>\n

And Healy\u2019s aunt has since responded to the kerfuffle.<\/p>\n

Healy\u2019s aunt, Debbie Dedes \u2013 sister to TV presenter and Healy\u2019s mom Denise Welch \u2013\u00a0told<\/a>\u00a0the Mail Online in an article published 19 April: \u201cShe writes about all her relationships, doesn\u2019t she?<\/p>\n

\u2018\u201dI don\u2019t think it will come as a shock to him at all. He\u2019s very happy in his new relationship so I\u2019m sure he will be focusing on that.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs my nephew, we know a bit more about what went on than has been in the press.\u201d<\/p>\n

She later\u00a0reiterated\u00a0<\/a>to the Sun that she doesn\u2019t believe anything \u2018surprises him anymore,\u2019 that he and Swift \u2018know what went on\u2019 and his current relationship is his priority.<\/p>\n
