Vera Wang\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0fans have been stopped in their tracks, after the 74-year-old\u00a0fashion designer<\/a>\u00a0posted a picture of her in a swimsuit.<\/p>\n

Taking to\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0just yesterday, she confidently posed near the pool leaving people in the comments gobsmacked.<\/p>\n

She captioned the post to her 900,000 followers: \u201cMy SLIM AARONS moment.<\/p>\n

Fans flooded the\u00a0comments<\/a>\u00a0with compliments, with one saying: \u201cTime bows down to you and stops moving.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another said: \u201cHOW is it possible you look like this?<\/p>\n

\u201cI need to put down the slice of pizza immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n

And this isn\u2019t the first time social media has been sent into chaos by\u00a0Vera\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0youthful looks.<\/p>\n

In 2022, she appeared in an interview for\u00a0BBC<\/a>\u00a0100 Women, where she talked about the comments she had received in recent years.<\/p>\n

And the secret to her glow might surprise you.<\/p>\n

She noted that a good night’s sleep is key, as well as a vodka\u00a0cocktail<\/a>\u00a0to end the day.<\/p>\n

Vera said: \u201cI’ve been in fashion since I was 19 years old.<\/p>\n

\u201cNot in front of the camera, behind it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI never thought about youth, probably because I work with the most beautiful women in the world on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd because of that I more envision them as my muses, and maybe it’s a way of dealing with aging that is productive.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo I always said that vodka cocktail, a lot of sleep, but work – work is the magic elixir.\u201d<\/p>\n

And her diet is even more shocking, for someone who looks decades younger than their age!<\/p>\n

Speaking to Page Six, she said: \u201cI do eat\u00a0McDonald’s<\/a>, absolutely, I order it every day, like two weeks on it, and then I\u2019ll change.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nice to know the look is still achievable.<\/p>\n

She added that Dunkin\u2019 Donut is another of her favorites: \u201cI like the cream-filled, sugar-coated\u00a0donut<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s like a jelly donut, but it\u2019s cream inside, vanilla cream.<\/p>\n

\u201cI like the pink with sprinkles, too.”<\/p>\n

But ultimately she puts her youthful looks down to her lifelong work.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cI think work keeps you young and stimulated.<\/p>\n

\u201cI work very long hours, I\u2019ve raised two daughters.<\/p>\n
