A Kentucky family had the worst holiday after their $15,000 cruise ship was cancelled after a simple mistake on Facebook<\/h2>\n

A family from\u00a0Kentucky<\/a>\u00a0seemed to have the holiday from hell after making one small error.<\/p>\n

Mother Tiffany Banks had planned to enjoy a\u00a0Carnival Cruise<\/a>\u00a0vacation with her four children and husband but it didn\u2019t go as expected. Not at all.<\/p>\n

Explaining in a series of\u00a0TikTok<\/a>\u00a0videos, Banks explained her shock at discovering what went wrong.<\/p>\n

A representative told her that she had cancelled the $12,000 reservation for the ship\u2019s largest room, the Excel Presidential Suite, through the online system. (thathippiedoc\/TikTok)<\/cite><\/div>\n

Two days before the family was set to fly to Florida to board the cruise ship, without her knowledge, the booking was cancelled.<\/p>\n

To make matters worse, the holiday had already been paid in full. Ouch.<\/p>\n

Banks was sent an email about the off-ship excursion cancellations and called the company to investigate.<\/p>\n

A representative told her that she had cancelled the $12,000 reservation for the ship\u2019s largest room, the Excel Presidential Suite, through the online system.<\/p>\n

Just like anyone else, Banks went into panic mode, wracking her brains trying to figure out what had happened.<\/p>\n

Speaking on her TikTok\u00a0social media<\/a>\u00a0page, thathippiedoc, she said she and her kids broke down in tears.<\/p>\n
