She didn’t seem to care about her use of a slur<\/h2>\n

A woman has been fired from her job after using the n-world slur in a TikTok video.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lilly Gaddis, who is white, dropped the\u00a0slur<\/a>\u00a0and refused to apologize to viewers, who were understandably outraged by her.<\/p>\n

In the\u00a0TikTok<\/a>\u00a0video posted to her now-deactivated account, she was talking about women being called ‘gold diggers’, and pushed back on the saying – providing her own examples of why women were not after men\u2019s\u00a0money<\/a>, because men are supposedly ‘broke’.<\/p>\n

She ranted: “Everyone I know that is married right now is married to broke-a** n*****.”<\/p>\n

Lilly also talked about ‘dumb w*****’ and derogatory remarks about ‘immigrants fresh off the boat looking for a green card’.<\/p>\n

Following the backlash, she said she was aware of how her video had upset people, saying: “The backlash made me do a deep dive and soul search, and after all that, I still couldn’t find a care.”<\/p>\n

Well, what goes around also comes back to bite you in the a** as her employer, Rophe of the Carolinas, went on to fire her.<\/p>\n

The company shared a statement on Tuesday (June 11) about how it had released Lilly from her marketing and sales manager position.<\/p>\n

Rophe of the Carolinas said that the employee is \u2018no longer with the company\u2019.<\/p>\n

The influencer said she doesn’t like the term ‘gold digger’. (TikTok\/@llddiiss)<\/cite><\/div>\n

The statement added: “We are owned and operated by [an] African American female and [are an] immigrant owned business and handled the situation as quickly as we could.<\/p>\n

“We want to assure you that we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment where all individuals are valued and respected…<\/p>\n

“We appreciate the support and trust of our community, and we are dedicated to earning back any confidence that may have been shaken by this unfortunate incident.”<\/p>\n

But Lilly has since claimed there has been an infringement on her First Amendment right and ability to speak freely.<\/p>\n

In other news, she\u2019s was recently dragged through the mud on TikTok again after another controversial take.<\/p>\n

In the video, she talked about the \u2018nerds\u2019 and \u2018people we didn\u2019t hand out with\u2019 in high school, who are \u2018yuck\u2019.<\/p>\n
