Zac Efron was reportedly pulled out of the pool by two members of staff at the villa<\/h2>\n

Zac Efron has been hosptialized following an incident in Ibiza.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Hollywood actor has been traveling round different parts of Europe in recent weeks and recently attended ‘Prelude To The\u00a0Olympics<\/a>‘ at Fondation Louis Vuitton on July 25 in Paris,\u00a0France<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Efron<\/a>\u00a0has since been spotted living it up in Ibiza and even joined close pal Martin Garrix on stage during his\u00a0DJ set<\/a>\u00a0at Ushua\u00efa in scenes that could have been taken straight out of his 2015 movie We Are Your Friends.<\/em><\/p>\n

The 36-year-old is believed to be staying in a villa somewhere on the island where he reportedly suffered an incident in the pool.<\/p>\n

According to reports, Efron became distressed in the water for an unknown reason and had to be helped out of the water by two members of villa staff.<\/p>\n

He was then taken to hospital yesterday (August 3) as a precautionary measure.<\/p>\n

A representative for the actor confirmed that a Efron has been involved in a ‘minor swimming incident’ at the villa\u00a0to<\/a>\u00a0TMZ.<\/p>\n

According to the outlet\u00a0The Iron Claw<\/em>\u00a0star<\/a>\u00a0is now on the mend.<\/p>\n

Efron is no stranger to being hospitalized for accidents after\u00a0he ‘nearly died’ in a 2013 ordeal<\/a>\u00a0that left him with a broken jaw.<\/p>\n

It’s believed that Efron had been running through his home in a pair of socks when he slipped and hit his face on a granite fountain.<\/p>\n

As a result he had to have surgery and his jaw wired shut for a period of time. The actor also had undergo physical therapy afterwards.<\/p>\n

Efron says the accident is the reason the shape of his face has changed over the years as different muscles had to work harder to compensate for his near-fatal injury.<\/p>\n

As of 2022, he was still undergoing physical therapy to try correct this.<\/p>\n

Noting that he had to take some time off from therapy while filming the second season of\u00a0Down to Earth with Zac Efron<\/em>\u00a0in Australia, Efron\u00a0told<\/a>\u00a0Men’s Health: “The masseters just grew. They just got really, really big.”<\/p>\n

The masseter muscles a pair of muscles in the jaw that are responsible for chewing and are located on both the left and right side of your face.<\/p>\n
