Vincent Tolman went into a coma after taking a ‘dodgy supplement’, and claims to have gone to ‘heaven’ during his near death experience<\/h2>\n

A man claims to have been to ‘heaven’ when he went into a coma after taking supplements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On January 18, 2003, Vincent Tolman fell unconscious after taking the\u00a0supplements<\/a>\u00a0that he and a friend had bought online.<\/p>\n

While unconscious, Tolman said that he went into a\u00a0weird<\/a>\u00a0state where he could see himself lying on the ground.<\/p>\n

He described how he had been able to look down at himself, and could even see paramedics working on him.<\/p>\n

In an account of his experience he said: “My friend and I had taken a dodgy supplement we had bought online, but the moment we consumed it, we knew something was wrong.”<\/p>\n

Initially, the pair had tried to get something to eat, thinking that this would make them feel better.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, things only got worse, with Tolman describing what happened next.<\/p>\n

He wrote: “I collapsed, and the next thing I knew, I was looking down at myself from above. The world felt like it had no ceiling, and I watched, calmly, as paramedics rushed into the bathroom and worked over the body.”<\/p>\n

Things got even worse when he saw himself being zipped up in a body bag.<\/p>\n

“I watched as emergency services tried to resuscitate the man, but shortly after, they stopped and gave up,” he wrote.<\/p>\n

“They zipped him up in a bright yellow body bag and carried him into the back of an ambulance.”<\/p>\n

But then he saw that someone realised that he was not yet dead, and managed to resuscitate him.<\/p>\n

After being rushed to the hospital, he was placed on life support, where he says that he went on a spiritual journey and came to some realisations about\u00a0life<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He said: “One of the biggest things I learned is that we’ve got it all wrong here.<\/p>\n

“We’ve allowed all of our traditions to convince us that all of us are on some kind of trial. But we’re not here on some kind of trial. We’re here to\u00a0learn<\/a>\u00a0and to grow. That’s it, plain and simple.”<\/p>\n

Of the three lessons he said that he had learned, one was ‘authenticity’, being authentic and truthful with ourselves.<\/p>\n

The second, as we’ve already touched on, is that life is a not a pass\/fail test, we’re here to learn and show growth.<\/p>\n
