Kayla Barnes-Lentz and her husband, Warren, want to live at least until they are 120 years old<\/h2>\n

A biohacker couple who spend six figures on their health opened up about their strict daily rules for staying young.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kayla Barnes-Lentz shared with The Independent that she\u2019s been focused on her longevity for years, and before\u00a0she married her husband, Warren<\/a>, she requested his lab reports by the second phone call they ever had.<\/p>\n

The pair are on a mission to live \u2018healthily until the age of 150\u2019 and dedicate their days to\u00a0enhancing their bodies<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old admitted that before she met Warren, 36, in person, she asked for information about his\u00a0health<\/a>\u00a0and biology.<\/p>\n

This was so she could ensure that he was a suitable partner to stay with for over the century she has planned.<\/p>\n

Barnes-Lentz shared that there was a key difference between her and another biohacker,\u00a0Bryan Johnson<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Whilst he wants to live forever, she simply wants \u2018to live as long as my husband does, not forever.\u2019<\/p>\n

She also wants to live past 120, like the 122-year-old that was Jeanne Calment, who died in 1997.<\/p>\n

Barnes-Lentz went on to share how the\u00a0couple<\/a>\u00a0begins their health rules as soon as they wake up and \u2018love to set the tone for our day by optimising our mind and body\u2019.<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cWarren wakes up a little earlier than I do, but we both prioritise our morning workouts and getting sun as soon as it peaks up!<\/p>\n

\u201cOther morning activities that we do together are PEMF or Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. We have a clinical-grade device in our home that we use in the mornings together.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then explained how their afternoons include the sun and the possibility of a \u2018cold tub\u2019 day.<\/p>\n

They go on to use the hyperbaric chamber, to aid the lungs in collecting more oxygen, but they have to alternate as \u2018it only fits one person at a time\u2019.<\/p>\n

Then, in the evening, they\u2019ll have \u2018an early organic dinner together.\u2019<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cI cook our meals at home, and we typically eat around 5:30 pm. After dinner, we go for another walk.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen, we do a sauna session to start our wind-down routine. Red lights go on in our house at sunset.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are in bed by 9 pm every night.\u201d<\/p>\n

All in all, their day starts as they wake up naturally and use the pulsed electromagnetic field therapy before doing their workouts.<\/p>\n

Then, they\u2019ll bask in the sun for 10 to 30 minutes while on a morning walk, and then eat an organic, homemade breakfast together.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ll then enjoy the mid-afternoon sun and bathe in nature before taking a cold plunge and a quick dip in the hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, before using NanoVi during the day while working, to repair everyday cell damage.<\/p>\n

The couple will then have an early dinner at 5:30 p.m., an evening walk, a dip in the sauna, before they switch on the red lights when the sun sets and then to bed by 9 p.m.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s a busy day.<\/p>\n

Barnes-Lentz said she has been steadily \u2018optimising my own body in preparation for motherhood for years.\u2019<\/p>\n

She said: \u201cI have helped my husband optimise his biology pre-conception [too] because we know that the mother and father\u2019s health impacts the health of the children.<\/p>\n
