Baba Vanga reckons 2025 will be a rocky year – unless you’re F1 driver Lewis Hamilton<\/h2>\n

Another year, another set of chilling predictions from Baba Vanga.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Despite dying in 1984, the blind Bulgarian psychic made some scarily accurate predictions when she was alive.<\/p>\n

Her followers claim she foresaw some pretty major events over the years, including Princess Diana’s death and the election of\u00a0Barack Obama<\/a>\u00a0as\u00a0US<\/a>\u00a0President.<\/p>\n

If her\u00a0visions for 2025 are anything to go by,<\/a>\u00a0we’re in for a hellish ride. Unless you’re Lewis Hamilton.<\/p>\n

Among predicting more war in\u00a0Europe<\/a>\u00a0and aliens showing up at a major sporting event, she’s also foreseen the F1 driver winning his eighth World Championship.<\/p>\n

We take a look at some of the terrifying Baba Venga predictions that have come true over the years.<\/p>\n

Baba Vanga has made some bold claims over the years (HTB)<\/cite><\/div>\n

9\/11<\/h2>\n

One of her most widely-cited predictions is the September 11\u00a0terror attack<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In 1989, the mystic reportedly said: “Horror, horror! The American brethren will fall after being attacked by the steel birds. The wolves will be howling in a bush, and innocent blood will be gushing.”<\/p>\n

It is thought that the ‘American brethren’ refers to the Twin Towers, while the ‘steel birds’ is supposedly the hijacked planes. People have also pointed out the chilling use of the word ‘bush,’ with many interpreting it as reference to then-president of the US, George W. Bush.<\/p>\n

Assassinations<\/h2>\n

Baba Vanga predicted that Indian prime minister Indira Gandi would die in ‘smoke and fire’.<\/p>\n

Gandi was shot dead by two of her bodyguards on October 31 1984 in what was believed to be an act of revenge.<\/p>\n

Some 15 years earlier, Baba Vanga recounted a vision of Gandi, explaining: “The dress will destroy her. I see an orange-yellow dress in the smoke and fire.”<\/p>\n

Scarily, she was wearing a saree of that very colour on the day she died.<\/p>\n

Natural disasters<\/h2>\n

In 2022, Baba Vanga predicted major cities across the\u00a0globe<\/a>\u00a0would be hit by droughts and water shortages. Sure enough, that year the\u00a0UK<\/a>\u00a0experienced the driest July since 1935, with a drought declared by government officials on August 12.<\/p>\n

Other European countries, including France, Italy and Portugal, faced record-breaking droughts and wildfires.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, she said severe floods would hit\u00a0Australia<\/a>\u00a0and Asia. And in July 2022, eight months of rain fell in Sydney in four days.<\/p>\n

Her own death<\/h2>\n

While not all her predictions have been accurate, Baba Vanga had a clear vision surrounding her own death.<\/p>\n

According to a 1990 interview, the psychic predicted her last day on Earth would be August 11, 1996.<\/p>\n

Sure enough, that’s the exact date she died.<\/p>\n

Baba Vanga passed away at the age of 84 from breast cancer in Sofia, Bulgaria.<\/p>\n
