Many of the executive orders President Donald Trump signed since taking office for the second time have caused a stir.<\/p>\n

Most recently, his\u00a0administration signed the order<\/a>\u00a0for 238 supposed criminals \u2013 American immigrants \u2013 to be transferred to what is known as the \u201cworld\u2019s worst prison\u201d in El Salvador.<\/p>\n

The decision was made even after a federal judge ruled against the order.<\/p>\n

Namely, the current administration claimed that at the time of the judge\u2019s ruling, the plane carrying the immigrants was already in international airspace.<\/p>\n

US is expected to pay the government of President Nayib Bukele $6 million for one year of services.<\/p>\n

It was revealed that among those deported to the \u201cworld\u2019s worst prison,\u201d The Center for Terrorism Confinement (CECOT), was a teen, 19, with no prior criminal record.<\/h3>\n

Namely, Merwil Guti\u00e9rrez was not the person intended to be arrested, and despite the mistake, which the administration confessed making, the teen was sent to El Salvador.<\/p>\n

His devastated father, Wilmer Guti\u00e9rrez, is now searching for answers.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel like my son was kidnapped. I\u2019ve spent countless hours searching for him, going from one precinct to another, speaking with numerous people who kept referring me elsewhere,\u201d he told\u00a0Documented<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em>\u201cYet, after all this, no one has given me any information or provided a single document about his case.\u201d<\/p>\n

At the time of his arrest on February 24, Guti\u00e9rrez was with friends in front of his apartment.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe officers grabbed him and two other boys right at the entrance to our building,\u201d Wilmer added.<\/p>\n

As reported by\u00a0People,\u00a0<\/em>William Parra, an immigration attorney from Inmigraci\u00f3n Al D\u00eda, said, \u201cMerwil was detained for hanging out with friends and was at the wrong place at the wrong time. ICE was not looking for him, nor is there any evidence whatsoever that Merwil was in any gang.\u201d<\/p>\n

The father and son arrived in the States in 2023, running from the dictatorship of Nicol\u00e1s Maduro.<\/h2>\n

Further, the father of the teen deported to the \u201cworld\u2019s worst prison\u201d says he feels like his son had been kidnapped. So far, he hasn\u2019t been given any answers.<\/p>\n
