\u201cMelania said, \u2018He\u2019s here with a woman. I am absolutely not giving him my number,’\u201d Molnar\u00a0recalled. \u201cShe wouldn\u2019t even consider it. Donald did all the work.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an interview with\u00a0Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/a>, Melania recalled the day she met Donald. She revealed that Trump didn\u2019t give him one number, but all of them.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe wanted my number, but he was with a date, so of course I didn\u2019t give it to him. I said, \u2018I am not giving you my number; you give me yours, and I will call you.\u2019 I wanted to see what kind of number he would give me\u2014if it was a business number, what is this? I\u2019m not doing business with you,\u201d Melania said, adding that she got numbers to \u201cthe office, Mar-a-Lago, home in New York, everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

Melania said there was an \u201cundeniable spark\u201d when she met Donald<\/h2>\n

Melania Trump\u2019s story about how she felt during her first meeting with Donald has differed, as she has previously told a different story about being turned off by him. In a clip shared on her social media channels promoting her memoir,\u00a0Melania<\/em>, released in October last year, the 55-year-old said she and Donald had an instant connection.<\/p>\n

\u201cFrom the moment Donald and I met, there was an undeniable spark. There was something magnetic about him: his confidence, his charm, his humor, his vision,\u201d Melania said. \u201cOur wedding was a beautiful affair \u2014 a breathtaking gown, a perfectly created menu by a celebrated chef, and captivating live performances by music legends.\u201d<\/p>\n

The first meeting isn\u2019t the only thing with different stories in Donald and Melania\u2019s early days. In an interview with Fox News, Melania explained that she and Donald had their first date in New Jersey after she had returned from a modeling shoot in the Caribbean. The couple drove together for an hour and a half to Bedford, New Jersey, where Donald Trump viewed a property he wanted to buy.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo he was combining business with taking [me] on a first date. And it was very nice, because we were two of us alone in the car for an hour, hour and a half, and it\u2019s no other noise, no other people, because at that time, he was already known and a celebrity,\u201d Melania told Fox. \u201cSo it was really nice to be just two of us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Donald and Melania began dating, but things didn\u2019t all go to plan. In 2000, the couple briefly separated, and the reason for it has been kept a secret. As reported by the Mirror, Donald tried to get nominated as the presidential candidate for the Reform Party the same year, which was a reason for the split.<\/p>\n

In recent years, Donald and Melania have certainly not been known for being overly affectionate towards one another. Meanwhile, a recent bombshell book by author Michael Wolff claimed that their marriage is not in the best of states.<\/p>\n

Donald and Melania rarely discuss their marriage and feelings for each other publicly. In his book\u00a0All or Nothing<\/em>, Wolff claims that Melania has no feelings left for her husband. According to excerpts from the book, Wolff also claims that Melania is not interested in living near him daily.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe f***ing hates him\u201d, a \u201cMar-a-Lago patio confidant,\u201d supposedly told Wolff.<\/p>\n

In his book, Wolff continued to give more insights into Donald and Melania\u2019s marriage. In one extract, Wolff described how Melania reportedly laughed at her husband\u2019s presidential campaign\u2019s effort \u201cto get her to accompany her husband\u201d on the trail. She wasn\u2019t seen on the campaign trail once, except in the last months leading up to the election.<\/p>\n

\u201cSince the first indictment in New York, when Melania had simply laughed at the campaign\u2019s effort to get her to accompany her husband (\u2018Nice try\u2019), it had been clear that she wasn\u2019t going to show up. During the past year, she had yet to make a single campaign appearance. In only one instance in 2023 did she even appear on the plane\u2014and then only hitching a ride. During Trump\u2019s first presidential term, author Michael Wolff claimed quite stunning things about the president and the first lady\u2019s marriage. In his 2018 book\u00a0Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House<\/em>, he stated that Donald and Melania slept in separate rooms at the White House. If true, they have been the first couple to do so since John and Jackie Kennedy.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Donald was claimed to have had quite the bizarre nighttime ritual. The president demanded a key to his bedroom to lock out his wife and the Secret Service. Why? So he could eat McDonald\u2019s cheeseburgers alone and watch three different televisions simultaneously.<\/p>\n

While the claim about Donald\u2019s nighttime routine came out in 2018, a new insider has claimed that Donald and Melania Trump have another intimate nighttime routine, and one designed to keep their bond strong. According to a Daily Mail insider, the couple are far from unhappy, and every night, they enjoy dinner together.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey ate dinner together every night, though they did not share a bedroom. Trump slept in a room adjacent to the yellow oval room,\u201d the insider said per the\u00a0Irish Star<\/a>, comparing the Trumps\u2019 relationship to Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, who also had separate bedrooms but enjoyed a very long and happy marriage.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the insider stated that because they have separate bedrooms, it is \u201cnot indicative of an unhappy marriage.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe residence staff really liked the Trumps during the first term. If you have a frigid marriage on a knife\u2019s edge, staff can tell, and it\u2019s uncomfortable. There was a good vibe from the housekeepers,\u201d the insider told the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n
