That\u2019s when\u00a0I started sharing my\u00a0story on\u00a0Instagram to\u00a0have an\u00a0outlet, to\u00a0feel included in\u00a0society, and to\u00a0contribute, despite no\u00a0one hiring\u00a0me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/life-and-style\/health-family\/wheelchair-rapunzel-growing-up-i-never-knew-i-was-allowed-celebrate-my-disabled-body-1.4157686#:~:text=%22After%20graduating%20college,people%20have%20sex!%E2%80%9D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">added<\/a>, \u201cOne of\u00a0the main things\u00a0I focus\u00a0on, as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/brightside.me\/wonder-people\/how-linda-hunt-managed-to-become-a-hollywood-success-despite-her-disability-807997\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a\u00a0disability activist<\/a>, is\u00a0disabled body positivity and acceptance. Growing up, I\u00a0never knew\u00a0I was allowed to\u00a0celebrate my\u00a0body. parenthood is\u00a0so\u00a0heavily stigmatized in\u00a0society and\u00a0I really want to\u00a0open up\u00a0conversations about this topic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But she\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GsLimuE1SRE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">gets candid<\/a>\u00a0that the negativity she encounters is\u00a0very mentally exhausting, \u201cI\u2019ve always wanted to\u00a0be\u00a0a\u00a0mom.
