This includes\u00a0when you change\u00a0their diaper or tickle\u00a0them.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ads--middle\"><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article__image lazyloaded\" src=\"https:\/\/image.apost.com\/media\/articletranslation\/2019\/02\/20\/12\/a63094327e0d5b4c66711c7a878c326c_500x1.jpg\" data-src=\"\/\/image.apost.com\/media\/articletranslation\/2019\/02\/20\/12\/a63094327e0d5b4c66711c7a878c326c_500x1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lottie states that you should let your child know that you&#8217;ll be changing their diaper. It&#8217;s about making a habit of checking with your child and making sure that they are happy with what is happening or what you are doing to them.\u00a0Lottie goes on to state how the issue of consent needs to be addressed well before the teenage years.<\/p>\n<p>She goes into more detail about how to address these issues with your children. She speaks about how her daughters\u00a0seem to be apprehensive about being tickled by people that aren&#8217;t their mom.\u00a0She states that she asks her children if they like to be tickled and they say &#8220;yes&#8221;. But when asked if they are ok with someone else tickling them, they responded with &#8220;no&#8221;. This was due to fear of not knowing the person and because it wasn&#8217;t their mom.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article__image lazyloaded\" src=\"https:\/\/image.apost.com\/media\/articletranslation\/2019\/02\/20\/12\/516604fde05a7458d6f852a7413fbadb_500x1.jpg\" data-src=\"\/\/image.apost.com\/media\/articletranslation\/2019\/02\/20\/12\/516604fde05a7458d6f852a7413fbadb_500x1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another person that was in the studio that day had a difference in opinion. TV personality, Vanessa Feltz, felt that tickling is nothing but innocent love.\u00a0She feels that it&#8217;s a shame not to be able to tickle a child because you&#8217;re not on their tickling terms.<\/p>\n<p>She states that it&#8217;s an innocent type of love. It&#8217;s a physical contact with your child that is done in a fun and caring manner.
