Al Pacino has been ordered to pay $30,000 a month in child support to partner, Noor Alfallah, after finalizing the custody agreement of their four-month-old son, Roman.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The actor, 83, and Alfallah, 29, have agreed to\u00a0share joint custody of the child<\/a>, with Alfallah taking primary physical custody with ‘reasonable rights of visitation with and access to Roman.’<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to court documents seen by\u00a0People<\/a>, the pair also agreed to ‘facilitate contact (by telephone or FaceTime) between the non-custodial parent and Roman when Roman is in her\/his custody until such time as Roman is able to engage in such contact on his own.’<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The document also states that\u00a0Pacino<\/a>\u00a0has been voluntarily paying varying amounts of child support, both before and after the birth, with there being no existing debts between them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

In addition to the\u00a0$30,000<\/a>\u00a0a month, the\u00a0Godfather<\/em><\/a>\u00a0<\/em>star will also pay ‘an additional Ostler\/Smith percentage of 6 percent of Respondent\u2019s ‘annual gross income’ in excess of $2,500,000 per calendar year.’<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But despite the formalities, the\u00a0pair<\/a>, who have been linked since April 2022, have confirmed that they’re still together – even after filing the custody agreement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

At the time, a rep for Pacino said: “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman. They are still together.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The couple confirmed their\u00a0pregnancy<\/a>\u00a0in May of this year, before TMZ announced Roman’s birth in June.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Speaking of their relationship, a source told Page Six: “Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men, she was with Mick Jagger for a while, and then she dated Nicholas Berggruen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

“She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well. The age gap doesn\u2019t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

According to the publication, the 29-year-old ‘comes from a family with money’, but she also works in film, having worked as a producer and crew member on a number of different titles, including\u00a0How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Interstellar<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Meanwhile, Roman is Pacino’s\u00a0fourth child<\/a>, as he shares daughter Julie Marie, 32, with ex-girlfriend and acting coach Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton and Olivia, 22, with ex Beverly D’Angelo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
