Gordon Ramsay knows his stuff, so if the celebrity chef tells you not to order a dish… you probably shouldn’t.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ramsay<\/a>‘s best known for screaming obscenities to fellow chefs on his popular TV show\u00a0Hell’s Kitchen<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Anyone who has seen the\u00a0program<\/a>\u00a0will know that Ramsay never shies away from sharing is opinions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

With this in mind, the chef was once asked what he believes people shouldn’t order from a restaurant – and his answer makes sense.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Speaking to\u00a0Town & Country<\/a>\u00a0in 2017, Ramsay said: “Ask what yesterday\u2019s soup du jour was before today\u2019s special. It may be the case that it\u2019s the soup du month.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Gross.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Ramsay was also asked whether he thinks it’s a good idea to ask servers’ for their recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

“It really depends on the restaurants, but servers tend to taste most of the dishes on the menu and can give you insight to what the chef has added or what locals love,” the 57-year-old said.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

“Being on the road, I\u2019ve gotten a lot of great recommendations from servers.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In another resurfaced interview, Ramsay shared\u00a0the one place that he refuses to eat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“There’s no f***ing way I eat on planes. I worked for airlines for ten years, so I know where this food’s been and where it goes, and how long it took before it got on board,” he previously told Refinery 29.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Instead, Ramsay opts to dine before he gets on his flight; usually opting for something Italian.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

“A nice selection of Italian meats, a little glass of red wine, some sliced apples or pears with some parmesan cheese, I’m like a pig in s**t,” he quipped.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

As well as being a busy chef, Ramsay is also\u00a0a busy dad<\/a>\u00a0to six kids – with his youngest being born earlier this month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In a sweet post shared to Instagram of him and his wife Tana with their newborn son, the TV favorite wrote: “What an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls\u2026. Done.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The couple also share Oscar, four, Tilly, 22, twins Holly and Jack, 23, and 25-year-old Megan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

With Jesse’s arrival in mind, November will be an even busier month for the\u00a0celebrity<\/a>\u00a0family as November 8 marks both Ramsay and his daughter Tilly’s birthdays.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
