Cam got his chance to see the Cleveland Cavaliers play. He drew strength from the support of his family, friends and community who rallied behind him throughout his fight.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Over the last six months, Cam\u2019s treatments have gone so well that his family decided to celebrate.<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">With one final treatment to go, the Jaros\u2019 made the hour-long trek to Cleveland for a totally different reason: To watch the Cleveland Cavaliers play.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cam made a special sign he\u2019d hoped would be featured on the jumbotron at some point in the night. It read: \u201cMy last chemo is Thursday.
