A woman in a supermarket is following a grandfather and his badly-behaved grandson. He has his hands full with the child screaming for candy, cookies, all sorts of things.<\/p>\n
The grandpa is saying in a controlled voice: \u201cEasy, William, we won\u2019t be long\u2014easy, boy.\u201d The boy has another outburst and she hears the grandpa calmly say : \u201cIt\u2019s okay, William. Just a couple more minutes and we\u2019ll be out of here. Hang in there, son.\u201d<\/p>\n
At the checkout the little horror is throwing items out of the shopping cart. Grandpa says again in a controlled voice, \u201cWilliam, William, relax buddy, don\u2019t get upset. We\u2019ll be home in five minutes, stay cool, William.\u201d<\/p>\n
