Unfortunately, neither of those things happened.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been more than a year,\u201d said Rittenhouse\u2019s attorney Joe Barron, \u201cWe don\u2019t see her coming up with it anytime soon, so we\u2019ve registered a lein with the State of California on her mansion in Weinstein Commons in Malibu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The lien will force a sale of the home if Goldberg doesn\u2019t come up with the money. Realtor.com says the home is worth somewhere around $37 million.
