Papun\u00ebsia n\u00eb tremujorin e tret\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2023 sh\u00ebnoi 10,5% dhe pak nga pak Shqip\u00ebria po i afrohet papun\u00ebsis\u00eb nj\u00eb shifrore, e cila do ta v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsoj\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e ofert\u00ebs p\u00ebr pun\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri presioni i tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs filloi t\u00eb ndihet ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb vitin 2021, periudh\u00eb kur oferta p\u00ebr pun\u00eb nuk gjente mjaftuesh\u00ebm pun\u00ebk\u00ebrkues. N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte tregu i pun\u00ebs u \u00e7ekuilibrua dhe mekanizmi rregullues ishte rritja e pagave nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, e cila ndodhi diku m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhe diku m\u00eb pak. Rritja e pagave dhe ajo e \u00e7mimeve kan\u00eb ardhur paralelisht, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka prekur fuqin\u00eb bler\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Rritja e \u00e7mimeve (me justifikimin e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Ukraine) preku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn dhe rrjedhimisht edhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, ku n\u00eb disa raste n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shum\u00eb spekulative. Mund t\u00eb them q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri kjo rritje ndihet shum\u00eb, sepse aty ku ka pak t\u00eb ardhura rritja e \u00e7mimeve b\u00ebhet shum\u00eb e ndjeshme dhe dhimbshme, por un\u00eb do t\u00eb doja ta ndaja analiz\u00ebn e rritjes s\u00eb pagave nga ajo e \u00e7mimeve, sepse jan\u00eb dy tregje te ndryshme.<\/p>\n<p>Rritja e pagave b\u00ebn q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb \u00e7mimet e rritura t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb, por kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb interpretohet q\u00eb pagat t\u00eb mos rriten. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, rritja e pagave duhet t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb, por ajo duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e kujdesshme dhe graduale. q\u00eb mos t\u00eb shkaktoj\u00eb inflacion spekulativ, por t\u00eb rris\u00eb produktivitetin, cil\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve p\u00ebr t\u00eb konkurruar n\u00eb tregje m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera se Shqip\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht shpjegimeve me lart, secili nga ne b\u00ebn nj\u00eb pyetje t\u00eb thjeshte, a do t\u00eb rriten pagat n\u00eb vitin 2024? Gjykoj q\u00eb pagat do t\u00eb rriten, por ritmi i rritjes do t\u00eb bjer\u00eb. Bazuar n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn q\u00eb kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn ton\u00eb, n\u00eb gjasht\u00eb muajt e fundit t\u00eb 2023, por edhe n\u00eb rritjet e parashikuara t\u00eb bizneseve q\u00eb jan\u00eb klient\u00ebt tan\u00eb, mund t\u00eb themi q\u00eb rritja n\u00eb vitin 2024 do t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb harkun 4% \u2013 8%.<\/p>\n<p>Mendojm\u00eb se tregu i pun\u00ebs po shkon n\u00eb ekuilib\u00ebr dhe k\u00ebto rritje jan\u00eb brenda normave t\u00eb inflacionit, rritjes ekonomike dhe merit\u00ebs q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi ka brenda organizat\u00ebs ku punon. Kjo nuk p\u00ebrjashton q\u00eb kompani t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb rregullime pagash p\u00ebr pozicione ose persona t\u00eb caktuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb aktualisht t\u00eb n\u00ebn paguar apo q\u00eb duan t\u2019i paguajn\u00eb edhe m\u00eb mir\u00eb. Rregullimet e pagave nuk jan\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb me rritjen e p\u00ebrgjithshme te pagave.<\/p>\n<p>Ato fillojn\u00eb nga 12% deri n\u00eb 25% dhe natyrisht jan\u00eb edhe n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb rrall\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb pozicionit apo k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs p\u00ebr profesione t\u00eb caktuara n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment t\u00eb caktuar. Rregullimet e pagave nuk jan\u00eb masive, por t\u00eb targetuara.<\/p>\n<p>Pozicionet\/profesionet q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb jene m\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuara gjat\u00eb vitit 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Ekonomia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri sot ka dy motor\u00eb zhvillimi, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt reflektohen edhe n\u00eb pun\u00ebsim. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb turizmi dhe nd\u00ebrtimi. Gjithashtu pritet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb k\u00ebrkesa edhe p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb informacionit, por edhe p\u00ebr pozicione q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb cil\u00ebsi, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb drejtuesit dhe specialistet p\u00ebr \u00e7do funksion. Tregu gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00eb dhe m\u00eb kompetent\u00eb, edhe me m\u00eb njohuri, etj, e p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye do ofroj\u00eb paga konkurruese p\u00ebr k\u00ebto nivele.<\/p>\n<p>Turizmi<br \/>\nNd\u00ebrtimi<br \/>\nTeknologjia e informacionit<br \/>\nDrejtues (p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sektor\u00ebt<br \/>\nSpecialist (p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sektor\u00ebt)<\/p>\n<p>Turizmi<\/p>\n<p>Viti 2024 pritet t\u00eb ket\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb industrin\u00eb e turizmit si akomodim, gastronomi, arg\u00ebtim, transport, zinxhir furnizimi, etj. Mungesa e sondazhit t\u00eb pagave ndikon negativisht p\u00ebr vet\u00eb pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit, por edhe n\u00eb qarkullimin e stafit n\u00eb k\u00ebto biznese (qe \u00ebsht\u00eb shume i lart\u00eb). Pagat n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor i n\u00ebnshtrohen momentit dhe \u201challit\u201d ku oferta dhe k\u00ebrkesa emotive, si nga pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit ashtu edhe pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, i rr\u00ebmben n\u00eb vendimet e tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor nuk ka qart\u00ebsi dhe rregulla, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shkaktojn\u00eb l\u00ebvizjen e stafit n\u00eb nivele shum\u00eb t\u00eb larta brenda nj\u00eb tremujori.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi, k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr k\u00ebto profile \u00ebsht\u00eb e lart\u00eb dhe negociata mes pal\u00ebve duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe drejt q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrtimi<\/p>\n<p>Edhe sektori i nd\u00ebrtimit do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebs, dhe ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebs me njohuri, qofte edhe minimale, por ky sektor nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i interesuar p\u00ebr pun\u00ebtor\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb njohuri p\u00ebr t\u2019u pun\u00ebsuar si \u201cspecialist\u00eb\u201d. Emergjencat \u00e7ojn\u00eb si n\u00eb paga t\u00eb larta momentale dhe m\u00eb pas largime, por edhe n\u00eb t\u00ebrheqje momentale pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsish t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebt q\u00eb rrezikohen nes\u00ebr kur emergjenca ose puna ulet, sepse jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb sesa tregu.<\/p>\n<p>Zgjedhja e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit t\u00eb duhur, reputacioni i tij, respektimi i rregulloreve teknike duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb primare p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit e sektorit, dhe jo nj\u00eb pak m\u00eb lart, q\u00eb nuk plot\u00ebson k\u00ebto kritere.<\/p>\n<p>Sektor\u00ebt e turizmi dhe nd\u00ebrtimi, s\u00eb bashku me prodhimin\/p\u00ebrpunimin prej dy vitesh jan\u00eb duke eksperimentuar edhe forc\u00eb pun\u00ebtore nga vendet e tjera si Turqia, Egjipti, Nelapi, Bangladeshi, India Lindore, Filipinet, etj. Gjate sezonit 2023 u vu re q\u00eb disa kompani pun\u00ebsuar forc\u00eb pun\u00ebtore t\u00eb pakualifikuar nga k\u00ebto vende, por ende numri i k\u00ebtyre punonj\u00ebsve \u00ebsht\u00eb jo dometh\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Departamentit p\u00ebr Kufirin dhe Migracionin, Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, p\u00ebrpunuar nga INSTAT n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit 2022 (p\u00ebr vitin 2023 ende nuk jan\u00eb publikuar te dh\u00ebnat), numri i t\u00eb huajve me leje q\u00ebndrimi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri rezultoi 18.151 persona, nga te cil\u00ebt meshkuj 62,5 % dhe femra 37,5 %.<\/p>\n<p>Numri i tyre n\u00eb vitin 2023 \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur, por aktiv\u00eb n\u00eb tregun e pun\u00ebs jan\u00eb m\u00eb pak sesa 8,000 t\u00eb huaj, ku vendin kryesor e z\u00ebn\u00eb ata me shtet\u00ebsi Italin\u00eb (q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb pakualifukuara, por kryesisht n\u00eb biznese vetjake), Turke, t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Egjipti, Filipine, Maqedonia e Veriut, Bangladeshi, Siria, etj. Ende forca e pun\u00ebs nga jasht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e pap\u00ebrfillshme p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, dhe pritet q\u00eb edhe p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb vitit 2024 t\u00eb jet\u00eb e till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Teknologjia e informacionit<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb dhe k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr profile informatike dhe programues do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pranishme. P\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb ky treg \u00ebsht\u00eb tashm\u00eb i maturuar, por l\u00ebvizjet do jen\u00eb paralele, gj\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb paga pak m\u00eb larta. Pritet q\u00eb pagat e tyre t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb harkun 2,000 \u2013 4,000 Euro Neto.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr punonj\u00ebsit pa p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mbarojn\u00eb kurse formimi profesional n\u00eb informatik\u00eb dhe gjuhe programimi do te ket\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb por pagat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb harkun 550 \u2013 750 Euro Neto.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor ka dallim t\u00eb madh nd\u00ebrmjet specialisteve me p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb, gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme programimi dhe atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb fillestar\u00eb.
