noopener\">Nikola Sanduloviq<\/a>, ishte subjekt i tortur\u00ebs, duke pretenduar se nuk ka pasur shkelje t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave dhe lirive dhe as ushtrim t\u00eb forc\u00ebs s\u00eb paligjshme fizike ndaj Sanduloviqit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb her\u00ebt, Zyra e Prokurorit n\u00eb Nish konfirmoi se Sanduloviq ndodhet n\u00eb paraburgim q\u00eb nga java e kaluar, n\u00ebn dyshimet \u201cse ka kryer vep\u00ebr penale t\u00eb nxitjes s\u00eb urrejtjes dhe intoleranc\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, racore dhe fetare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e l\u00ebshuar nga BIA m\u00eb 10 janar u tha se ata nd\u00ebrmor\u00ebn aktivitete \u201cme q\u00ebllim t\u00eb sqarimit t\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb kaluara t\u00eb paligjshme t\u00eb Sanduloviqit, t\u00eb cilat prokurori kompetent i cil\u00ebsoi si vep\u00ebr penale t\u00eb nxitjes s\u00eb urrejtjes dhe intoleranc\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, racore dhe fetare\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsojn\u00eb opinionin vend\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb huaj, t\u00eb d\u00ebmtojn\u00eb reputacionin e BIA-s dhe t\u00eb destabilizojn\u00eb situat\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb\u201d, u tha n\u00eb deklarat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 2 janar, Sanduloviq publikoi nj\u00eb video n\u00eb X \u2013 q\u00eb m\u00eb her\u00ebt njihej si Twitter \u2013 ku ai shfaqej n\u00eb kompleksin \u201cAdem Jashari\u201d n\u00eb Prekaz duke vendosur kuror\u00eb me lule n\u00eb monumentin q\u00eb p\u00ebrkujton ngjarjet e 5, 6 dhe 7 marsit 1998, kur asnj\u00eb informacion p\u00ebr vendndodhjen e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Institucionet e Bashkimit Evropian konfirmuan m\u00eb 9 janar se po monitorojn\u00eb situat\u00ebn dhe informacionet lidhur me arrestimin e Sanduloviqit.<\/p>\n<p>Sanduloviq \u00ebsht\u00eb president i Partis\u00eb Republikane q\u00eb u themelua m\u00eb 2015, por q\u00eb nuk e ka kaluar pragun zgjedhor p\u00ebr t\u2019u futur n\u00eb Parlamentin serb.<\/p>\n<p>Ai ka nj\u00eb biografi kund\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00ebse, ku p\u00ebrfshihet edhe plagosja e tij nga shp\u00ebrthimi i nj\u00eb makine 13 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, dhe arrestimi i
