Speciale Intervenuese jan\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb mbesin t\u00eb pandryshuara.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cT\u00eb gjitha autorizimet policore jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me ligj dhe akte tjera normative t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb vija t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb organizimin dhe strukturimin e brendsh\u00ebm policor\u00eb, p\u00ebrderisa detyrat specifike t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve sipas pozitave, p\u00ebrshir\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Speciale Intervenuese, jan\u00eb t\u00eb rregulluara me p\u00ebrshkrim t\u00eb detyrave dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, autorizime dhe detyra k\u00ebto t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dhe mbesin t\u00eb pa ndryshuara\u201d<\/em>, thuhet n\u00eb njoftim.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reagimi i Policis\u00eb pa nd\u00ebrhyrje plot\u00eb:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Policia e Kosov\u00ebs (PK), me q\u00ebllim informimin e drejt\u00eb t\u00eb opinionit publik, p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij njoftimi zyrtar duke iu referuar disa shkrimeve t\u00eb publikuara n\u00eb media\/portale t\u00eb ndryshme, ku thuhet se kinse Qeveria e RKS-s\u00eb, i heq disa nga kompetencat e Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Speciale Intervenuese t\u00eb PK-s\u00eb, informon dhe sqaron se;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb\u00a0gjitha autorizimet policore jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me ligj dhe akte tjera normative t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb vija t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb organizimin dhe strukturimin e brendsh\u00ebm policor\u00eb, p\u00ebrderisa detyrat specifike t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve sipas pozitave, p\u00ebrshir\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Speciale Intervenuese, jan\u00eb t\u00eb rregulluara me p\u00ebrshkrim t\u00eb detyrave dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, autorizime dhe detyra k\u00ebto t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb dhe mbesin t\u00eb pa ndryshuara.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb struktur\u00ebn organizative t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs e ndryshuar dhe miratuar vitin e kaluar, nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb specializuara i \u00ebsht\u00eb kushtuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, duke i ngritur nga si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb Divizion i Nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb Specializuara, tani n\u00eb Departament t\u00eb Nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb Specializuara, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb k\u00ebtu edhe avancimin e NJSI-s\u00eb nga Nj\u00ebsi n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb Drejtoris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Policia e Kosov\u00ebs mbetet e p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb realizimin e detyrave dhe autorizimeve ligjore, n\u00eb interes t\u00eb zhvillimit, avancimi dhe ngritjes profesionale t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nj\u00ebsive policore, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit ndaj qytetar\u00ebve dhe vendit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Policia
