This bride was deemed a gold digger by her in-laws in light of the fact she was from a low income family and marrying into a wealthy one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She wed her husband earlier this month, but their\u00a0nuptials<\/a>\u00a0were far from smooth running.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

But the torment came before the pair even made it down the aisle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The groom\u2019s family are said to have harassed the bride for the duration of her\u00a0relationship<\/a>\u00a0to her wealthy Mexican partner, even attempting to bribe her out of the partnership.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Elsewhere, when they announced their engagement, the guy\u2019s mother apparently faked a heart attack and blamed her ill\u00a0health<\/a>\u00a0on the couple.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She also demanded her son payed all her medical bills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

While groom\u2019s mother, brother and sister refused to attend the wedding \u2013 his mom still managed to wreak havoc on their special day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

It\u2019s reported that the unnamed woman hired someone to throw red paint on the bride\u2019s\u00a0wedding dress<\/a>, with the ordeal taking place just outside the church they were marrying in.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The situation has been widely discussed online of late, with someone taking to\u00a0Reddit\u00a0<\/a>to share more information about the situation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Admitting that they didn\u2019t know the bride personally, apparently she\u2019s from the same area as the Redditor\u2019s mom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

They explained that the bride has been \u2018hated\u2019 by her in-laws from the start.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cThey threatened her repeatedly, made multiple SM accounts to harass her, and when confronted by the husband, they denied everything,\u201d the poster further claimed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cBIL offered her a blank check to leave her husband and the family for good (boyfriend at the time).\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

They continued: \u201cNow, as I said I don\u2019t know her, but what I have heard is that she is a lovely person and wouldn\u2019t hurt anyone. All of this hate comes purely from her socioeconomic status.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cApparently husband\u2019s family wanted him to marry someone rich. She was so graceful throughout the entire ordeal.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While their wedding day started off badly, apparently the rest of the day \u2018went on without issues\u2019, and the bride changed into another dress she already owned.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

However, the family\u2019s meddling didn\u2019t stop after their wedding day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cAfter the wedding and before the honeymoon, the groom\u2019s family stole his passport and visa. They also tried to bribe the travel agency to ruin the trip,\u201d said the Redditor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cFortunately they didn\u2019t work and bride and groom went on their honeymoon successfully.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
