Tom Brady, the 45-year-old Super Bowl champion, is making the most of his downtime by spending quality moments at the beach with his kids.

Over the weekend, the proud father shared some delightful snapshots from their beachside vacation on his Instagram Story. In the first photo, his sons, John “Jack” Edward Thomas (15), and Benjamin Rein (13), stroll side by side on a boardwalk leading to the beach. Tom simply captioned this heartwarming moment with “️️.”

Another snap captures Tom’s 10-year-old daughter, Vivian Lake, petting a horse in a stable. He again added a red heart emoji as the caption, mirroring the affection he feels for his family. Tom shares Vivian and Benjamin with his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, and Jack with his ex, Bridget Moynahan.

It seems that Tom enjoys sharing glimpses of his adventures with his kids as he had previously posted photos and videos of them joyfully jumping into a river. One video showed Jack leaping into the water alongside a friend while Benjamin watched from the dock. Following her older brother’s lead, Vivian promptly joined in the fun.

Earlier in the summer, Tom spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about his kids’ travel plans for the season. He mentioned taking them to Disneyland to celebrate the last day of school and their upcoming trip to Brazil with their mother. Additionally, the family has exciting plans to explore Europe together, making it a memorable summer for all of them.
