Now Sofia Veraga is back in the United States and was spotted out and about after the news of Manganiello filing for divorce hit the airwaves. She was spotted out in public a week after the couple announced their intention to split up.
In the pictures, Vergara is casually dressed. She is wearing sweatpants paired with a long sleeve t-shirt and sunglasses. Her wedding ring is, of course, missing. Vergara wore the ring every time she stepped out during her seven-year-long marriage to Manganiello.

Her sighting in public comes after the couple announced their decision to divorce with a joint statement that read, “We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
A source opened up about their split as well, saying, “They have been spending time apart and focusing on themselves, their careers, and their loved ones. Sofia has been giving her all to her new beauty brand, toty, and is very involved and excited about it,” adding, “She hosted an event to celebrate the launch towards the end of June at her home in Los Angeles, and Joe was not there.”
Manganiello has filed for divorce and has listed the reason for asking for it as “irreconcilable differences.” The date listed on the papers for the divorce read July 2nd.
It was also revealed that the couple signed a pre-nuptial agreement before they got married, which stipulated that the couple keep their assets, which they accumulated during their time together.
