Al Pacino has been ordered to pay $30,000 a month in child support to partner, Noor Alfallah, after finalizing the custody agreement of their four-month-old son, Roman.
The actor, 83, and Alfallah, 29, have agreed to share joint custody of the child, with Alfallah taking primary physical custody with ‘reasonable rights of visitation with and access to Roman.’
According to court documents seen by People, the pair also agreed to ‘facilitate contact (by telephone or FaceTime) between the non-custodial parent and Roman when Roman is in her/his custody until such time as Roman is able to engage in such contact on his own.’
The document also states that Pacino has been voluntarily paying varying amounts of child support, both before and after the birth, with there being no existing debts between them.
In addition to the $30,000 a month, the Godfather star will also pay ‘an additional Ostler/Smith percentage of 6 percent of Respondent’s ‘annual gross income’ in excess of $2,500,000 per calendar year.’
But despite the formalities, the pair, who have been linked since April 2022, have confirmed that they’re still together – even after filing the custody agreement.
At the time, a rep for Pacino said: “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman. They are still together.”
The couple confirmed their pregnancy in May of this year, before TMZ announced Roman’s birth in June.
Speaking of their relationship, a source told Page Six: “Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men, she was with Mick Jagger for a while, and then she dated Nicholas Berggruen.
“She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well. The age gap doesn’t seem to be a problem, even though he is older than her father.”
According to the publication, the 29-year-old ‘comes from a family with money’, but she also works in film, having worked as a producer and crew member on a number of different titles, including How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days and Interstellar.
Meanwhile, Roman is Pacino’s fourth child, as he shares daughter Julie Marie, 32, with ex-girlfriend and acting coach Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton and Olivia, 22, with ex Beverly D’Angelo.
The actor generally likes to keep his family life as private possible, opting to keep his children and relationships out of the limelight.
