Joy “Loses It” On A Guest After He Puts Her In Her Place

Ahead of the November 2022 midterm elections in the United States, a special guest was picked to visit the women on The View. This guest was none other than the political director of ABC News, Rick Klein. During his appearance on The View, the respected guest described the threat Republicans and MAGA politicians posed in the midterm elections despite the headway Democrats had made in America since the downfall of Donald Trump in 2020.

During his appearance on The View, co-host Ana Navarro asked Klein’s opinion on the fact that Democrats had pulled ahead in the midterm elections because the conservative Supreme Court had overturned Roe v Wade.

Before Rick Klein was able to get a word in edgewise, Joy Behar, 80, broke through the chatter and exclaimed: “When your reporters say they’re worried about gas. They’re worried about that. Do they follow up and ask if people think the Republicans will be able to fix this?”

Klein began talking about her question and described how political reports are not trying to have arguments with voters. However, Behar was not satisfied with the answer provided by the political director of ABC News, so she interrupted him and said, “It’s a follow-up question.”

Klein was not happy with Behar’s interruption. He quickly quipped about how she seemed unqualified for her work with The View and that she should be looking for a new job as a political field reporter. He said, “Do you want the job? We’ll send you out there right now.”

Behar did not take Klein’s off-handed comment very well. Instead, she became visibly tense and defended her words by claiming that she was not trying to start an argument with the ABC News political director but that she was only trying to ask a follow-up question on their conversation.

“We need to give Joy a cameo on the show,” conservative co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin said after struggling to get a word in between Behar and Klein.

Klein thought the conservative’s view was just the right one for him. He said to Behar, “Seriously. You’ve got a permanent invitation from me.”

In the video below, you can see Behar and Klein go for each other’s throats starting at the 3-minute 22-second mark. They are discussing the debates that were occurring during the November 2022 midterm election season.

Viewers on YouTube shared a lot of comments, including the following:

“Why have a guest if you won’t let him speak or share what he has discovered.”

“The fact that Sunny says she is shocked by how voters here in Georgia feel about Walker shows how out of touch she is. None of us here are shocked at all. He and Joy seem almost mad that he basically reinforced what Alyssa has said for weeks about where voters are.”

Do you think Joy Behar had what was coming to her while speaking to the political director of ABC News?
