Paris Hilton has delighted her fans with an unexpected baby announcement on Thanksgiving. Just 11 months after the birth of her son, whom she welcomed via surrogate with her husband Carter Reum, Hilton revealed the exciting news that she now has a daughter, and she’s already shared her sweet name with the world.
Taking to her Instagram account, Hilton shared a heartwarming photo of a tiny pink baby outfit, along with a pair of adorable heart-shaped baby sunglasses and a sweet little teddy bear. In her caption, she introduced her daughter to the world, simply stating her name: London.
While it remains uncertain whether baby London has already arrived or if she’s on the way, the surprise announcement sent shockwaves of joy among Hilton’s friends, fans, and fellow celebrities.
Supermodel Naomi Campbell was among the first to congratulate Hilton, writing, “Congratulations @parishilton & welcome London.” Model and actress Olivia Culpo chimed in with, “Congratulations beautiful!!!!”
Overjoyed fans also flooded the comments section with their warm wishes, expressing their happiness for Hilton. One fan wrote, “I could honestly cry tears of joy. You are blessed and now have a beautiful baby girl on the way. She will be surrounded by happiness and love—congratulations!”
While the baby announcement came as a delightful surprise, the choice of the name “London” did not. Hilton had previously revealed her affinity for the name in a podcast, expressing her desire to name her daughter London.

During a live chat episode of her podcast, I am Paris, she shared her excitement about the prospect of her son, Phoenix, having a baby sister named London. She revealed, “It’s my favorite city, and I’ve always wanted to name my daughter London.”
Hilton went on to explain that she had selected the name London long before her baby girl’s arrival, saying, “I had actually picked that name for a long time now, probably over 10 years. I always wanted London. I love that name for my daughter.”
This heartwarming baby announcement follows Hilton’s previous surprise in January when she introduced the world to her baby boy. In an Instagram post featuring a tiny hand wrapped around her manicured thumb, Hilton shared her excitement about their growing family.

She captioned the precious photo with the words, “You are already loved beyond words,” and confirmed the baby’s gender with, “We are so excited to start our family together, and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy.”
Hilton and Reum, her husband, got engaged in February 2021 after more than a year of dating. The couple officially tied the knot in November of the same year, marking the beginning of a year filled with blessings for the 41-year-old media personality.
